Anna turned 4 years old on September 7. She is getting to be such a big girl!

Harvest Time

Our garden has produced tomatoes, squash, potatoes, corn, green beans, chilis, onions, and okra. The Japanese beetles are back this year in full force. We have to spray periodically to get rid of them. We just planted more corn and planted zucchini and pumpkins.

The blackberries are soooo good this year. We have a great patch. Elise made a blackberry pie. We've made 24 half pints of blackberry jam. We put up 7 quarts and 14 pints of green beans.

Family Vacation 2010

Our family went to Salt Lake City, Provo, and Logan, Utah the week of July 11th - 19th. We had a great time visiting our other grown children: Cheme' and kids, Tanille and new boyfriend (Ivan Morales), Jens and Anne, and Chelsea and Brandon. On the way home we stopped to see Aunt LaRee and Uncle Bob in Golden, Colorado.

4th of July Parade

Willard had their traditional 4th of July Parade at 6 pm in downtown Willard, Missouri. Elise was in the Willard Marching Band and Anna and Leann were in the parade supporting the Down Syndrome Group of the Ozarks. Afterwards, we shot off a few left over fireworks from last year.

Wedding of Jens and Anne

June 19, 2010 Jens and Anne married at the St. Louis Temple. A reception was held at the Rodman home that evening in Springfield, Missouri.
